Domaine Jean-Yves Devevey

France

Domaine Jean-Yves Devevey is an independent, family-run Burgundy estate founded in 1992 and led by Jean-Yves Devevey. Its vineyards extend from Rully to Beaune, including Volnay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and Demigny, on limestone soils. The domaine has farmed organically since 2003 and has been certified since 2014, while also exploring biodynamic principles to encourage biodiversity through close observation of each plot. Wines are made with an artisanal focus on parcel identity and authenticity, using hand-harvested fruit, ambient fermentation, low sulphur and traditional élevage, including 12 months on the lees in neutral French oak.
