Domaine des Croix is a Beaune-based Burgundy estate created in 2005 when David Croix and private investors acquired the former Domaine Duchet and renamed it. Focused on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from parcels in Beaune Village, Beaune 1er Cru and Corton, the domaine has been farmed organically since 2008, using cover-cropping, manual harvest, low-yield pruning and natural sulphur in a low-input, sustainable approach. David Croix, a qualified oenologist, serves as owner-manager and sole winemaker, overseeing a tightly controlled, family-run operation.
