Domaine Daniel Dampt & Fils

France

Domaine Daniel Dampt & Fils is a family-run Chablis estate in Burgundy, now led by Vincent Dampt and his son Sébastien, continuing a family history of more than 150 years. Working independently from vineyard to bottling, the domaine grows Chardonnay across all four Chablis appellations, including Premier Cru sites and Grand Cru Bougros. Farming is described as lutte raisonnée, with sustainable, reduced-chemical practices, careful soil work, and vegan production. Fermentation and élevage are handled in-house in stainless steel, with no oak, emphasizing the freshness, minerality and flinty character of Chablis from Kimmeridgian and Portlandian soils.
