Cuilleron

France

Cuilleron is a family-owned estate in the Northern Rhône Valley, led by third-generation owner-winemaker Yves Cuilleron since 1987. Based on a long family history in the region, the domaine works across multiple appellations and many small parcels, with a strong focus on expressing the differences of terroirs and lieux-dits. Vineyard work is manual and meticulous, with a sustainable, reasoned approach and conversion to certified organic farming underway for 2025. In the cellar, Cuilleron follows a simple, low-intervention philosophy: hand harvesting, careful sorting, native-yeast fermentations, parcel-by-parcel vinification, restrained use of technology, and élevage adapted to each cuvée. The aim is not uniformity, but distinctive wines shaped by site, vintage, and house style.
