Château Le Bon Pasteur is a Pomerol estate on the border with Saint-Émilion, founded by Joseph and Hermine Dupuy and owned by the Goldin Group since 2013. Its vineyard is spread across 21 plots, creating a mosaic of terroirs that is handled with meticulous plot-by-plot harvesting and separate fermentations. Vineyard work includes green harvesting, leaf removal, vegetal covers and careful grape selection, with no formal sustainability certification mentioned. The estate is closely tied to Michel and Dany Rolland, with Benoit Prévot a long-serving general manager and Julien Viaud also overseeing recent vintages. The winemaking style emphasizes barrel fermentation, indigenous yeasts, manual extraction and delicate handling to preserve fruit, silkiness, freshness and roundness.
