Château La Croix du Duc is a family-owned right-bank Bordeaux estate near Lussac Saint-Émilion, held by the Chollet family since 1865 and linked to the Jean-Baptiste Audy négociant house. Its southwest-facing vineyards are planted predominantly to Merlot, with Cabernet Franc, on clay and silty soils. Grapes are mechanically harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, followed by traditional cellar management. The wines reflect a Merlot-led Bordeaux style from a temperate maritime climate. No sustainability certification is reported.
