Château Haut Selve is a family-owned and operated Graves estate established by the Lesgourgues family in the early 1990s on historic vineyard land abandoned after phylloxera. Its vineyards lie on deep, sandy gravel soils with a warm microclimate and groundwater-rich subsoil that support even ripening. The estate practices sustainable viticulture and holds HVE 3 and TerraVitis certifications, with the “Cultivons Demain” label also cited. Harvesting is manual, and all grapes are estate-grown rather than purchased. Arnaud Lesgourgues leads harvest operations, with technical support from Derenoncourt Vignerons Consultants.
