Château de Valois is a family-run estate in Saint-Émilion and Pomerol, owned and operated by Frédéric Leydet, who inherited it from his father, Bernard. The estate has been certified organic since the 2015 vintage, following conversion that began in 2012. Its wines are made with natural stainless-steel fermentations, low sulfur use, and no fining or filtration, reflecting a hands-off approach focused on expressing the vineyards.
