Nebbiolo d'Alba D.O.C.

Castelvecchio is a family-operated estate in Piedmont, where Cecilia manages the organic vineyards and winery alongside her family, agronomist, and Luigi. Its vineyards lie above 450 metres and are farmed under European organic regulations and Bio-Inspecta certification directives, with an emphasis on biodiversity, woods, hedges, and a healthy, sustainable ecosystem. The estate already uses some biodynamic-oriented methods and is considering a transition toward biodynamic farming. Decisions in the vineyard and cellar are made collaboratively, reflecting a hands-on, family-led approach.
