Brut Nature Cava

Castell de Sant Pau is a Penedès Cava sourced from vineyards in Alt Penedès, where vines over 45 years old grow in clay-limestone and sandy soils. The vineyards are managed sustainably and mechanically harvested, with Trepat and Garnacha among the varieties noted. Production is carried out by the family-owned Maset de Lleó winery, a historic estate dating to 1777, in partnership with Eva López for the U.S. market. The brand is also associated with the cooperative Agrupació Viticultors Artesanals.
