Casreli is a small, family-owned natural-wine producer founded in 2014 in Vachnadziani, Kakheti, by five physicians and led by Dr. Misha Dolidze, who is also the winemaker. Its certified organic vineyards span Kakheti and Imereti, including elevated sites in Kakheti and a northern slope in Imereti. Wines are fermented and aged in traditional qvevri, following natural practices without cultured yeasts, filtration, or stabilizers. A member of the Natural Wine Association, Casreli produces around 10,000–15,000 bottles annually, reflecting a focused, artisanal approach to Georgian wine.
