Cantine Amastuola

Italy

Founded in 2002, Cantine Amastuola is a family-owned winery in Puglia with organic vineyards in Crispiano and a cellar in Massafra. Its distinctive wave-shaped Vineyard-Garden, designed by landscape architect Fernando Caruncho and interspersed with centuries-old olive trees, reflects the estate’s strong connection to place. The winery combines artisanal, hands-on production—from harvesting through bottling in its own cellars—with research and advanced technology. Organic and vegan-friendly wines are made from varieties including Primitivo, Aglianico, Fiano, Malvasia and international grapes, with careful harvesting choices such as nighttime picking for whites. Precision farming, reduced water use, natural pest prevention, very low sulphites and lightweight, recycled packaging support its sustainability philosophy. Francesca Mancarella serves as tasting guide and lead winemaker.
