Merlot DOC

Founded in 1949 and based in Vo’, Veneto, Cantina Colli Euganei is a cooperative rooted in the Euganean Hills, where its member growers cultivate vineyards on volcanic soils across the protected landscape. The winery produces a broad range of DOC and DOCG wines, including Prosecco Extra Dry, Pinot Grigio, native varieties and structured reds. It is a certified organic operator and participates in initiatives supporting organic conversion, integrated production and more sustainable vineyard management, including projects focused on water efficiency, targeted nutrient use and wastewater treatment. Its wines have received recognition from competitions and critics including Falstaff, Decanter, Gambero Rosso and Mundus Vini.
