Cantina Antonioli is a small, family-owned estate in the hills outside Gubbio, Umbria, founded in 2018 by Giulia and Giorgio Antonioli. Working historic vineyards across fifteen parcels, the couple farms by hand using biodynamic and Masanobu Fukuoka methods, with a strong focus on biodiversity and living soils and no herbicides or synthetic treatments. Their natural wines are made with native yeasts in a gravity-flow cellar, using neutral aging vessels and no added sulphur, fining, or filtration. Ownership and winemaking remain closely held by Giulia and Giorgio, reflecting a hands-on, artisanal approach.
