Bürklin-Wolf

Germany

Bürklin-Wolf is a family-owned estate in Germany’s Pfalz, overseen by Bettina Bürklin-von Guradze since 1990. Its vineyards in the Mittelhaardt span 15 premier sites and varied soils, including sandstone, basalt, limestone, volcanic rock and slate. Farming is certified organic and biodynamic by Biodyvin, with hand-picked, estate-grown fruit and no purchased grapes since 2008. The estate is also certified vegan. Cellar master Nicola Libelli leads the winemaking, supported by a long-standing management and vineyard team. The wines reflect a site-focused approach grounded in sustainable vineyard work and estate production.
