Bellenda is a Conegliano Valdobbiadene producer making Prosecco Superiore for more than 30 years from its own vineyards. The winery revived the area’s traditional method of sparkling Prosecco, used until around 1930, while continuing to explore different vinification approaches for Glera and producing spumante, frizzante, col fondo, metodo classico and Charmat wines. Its work combines respect for local grapes and territory with a spirit of research and a refusal to follow fixed patterns. Bellenda avoids herbicides, manages vegetation through soil work, mowing and sheep grazing, protects woodland biodiversity, reuses pruning residues for energy, and uses solar power, recycled glass and renewable packaging materials. The estate also includes hospitality and dining activities through Alice Relais nelle Vigne and Cucina Madre, alongside its distribution of selected small producers from other European regions.
