Domaine Arnaud Lambert is a family-owned Loire Valley estate founded by Yves Lambert in 1996 and now led by his son Arnaud, who unified the family’s Saint-Just holdings with parcels from Château de Brézé in 2017. Based around Brézé and Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg, the domaine focuses on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc from tuffeau, clay, and sand soils. The vineyards have been certified organic since 2012, with biodynamic farming in place since 2018. In the cellar, Arnaud Lambert emphasizes hand harvesting, native yeasts, minimal sulphur, and a low-intervention, vegan-friendly approach, with occasional input from Charly Foucault.
