Agricole Vallone is a family-owned winery in Salento, run by the Vallone family since its foundation in 1934. Its vineyards are spread across three estates, including land within the protected Torre Guaceto nature reserve, and all grapes are estate-grown. The portfolio celebrates the vineyards of Puglia, combining native varieties with distinctive wines such as Graticciaia and the Flaminio and DOC Riserva lines. Winemaking is led by Graziana Grassini, with an approach that seeks to preserve the estate’s identity while remaining contemporary in style and technique. The winery’s history reaches back to the nineteenth century and includes the recovery of Susumaniello and pioneering appassimento work with Negroamaro.
