Sur lie aging
Style
Dry
The lower Loire’s crisp, seafood-friendly white wine.
Melon de Bourgogne.
Lemon, green apple and a dry, refreshing finish. Lees ageing can add a softer texture or a slight spritz.
Muscadet is made from Melon de Bourgogne, not Muscat. Sur lie describes ageing on yeast lees, rather than sweetness.
