About Muscadet

Muscadet whites

White

Melon de Bourgogne.

Lemon, green apple and a dry, refreshing finish. Lees ageing can add a softer texture or a slight spritz.

Where it grows: Across the Nantes vineyards near the Atlantic end of the Loire.

Muscadet is made from Melon de Bourgogne, not Muscat. Sur lie describes ageing on yeast lees, rather than sweetness.
