Rapsani PDO is a dry red wine combining Xinomavro, Krassato and Stavroto. The blend gives it a different identity from single-variety Naoussa or Amynteo wines. Elevation and vineyard exposure vary within the zone. Nearby wines under other geographical indications follow different rules, so the mountain setting alone does not establish a Rapsani origin.
