Riesling
High-country Riesling and finely framed reds in the Barossa’s cooler hills.
Lime, lemon and floral perfume with a long, taut finish. Age can bring toast and honeyed complexity without making the wine sweet.
Dark berries, flowers and pepper with a fresh, structured frame.
Cassis, herbs and firm tannins, with a fresh edge to the dark fruit.
Eden Valley is a separate region within the Barossa zone. Higher sites, including High Eden, provide especially cool conditions for its famous Riesling.
