Glera
Glera bubbles from the rolling hills around Asolo.
Pear, apple and floral aromas with lively bubbles. The sweetness term on the label helps you choose the finish.
Fresh orchard fruit and a gentler spritz than spumante; bottle-fermented examples can feel more savoury.
Asolo Prosecco is its own DOCG. Brut and Extra Brut are drier than Extra Dry, whose name can be misleading.
