Roccamonfina IGT explores northern Campania through Falanghina, Aglianico and other grapes in a volcanic and hillside landscape.
Citrus, pear and flowers with freshness and a gently rounded palate.
Cherry, plum and spice with fresh acidity and firm tannins.
Roccamonfina IGT covers several colours and wine types. Falanghina and Aglianico offer clear entry points, while other permitted grapes give producers room to explore. The wider IGT is distinct from Galluccio DOC and Falerno del Massico DOC. Its volcanic association adds geographical interest without implying uniform soils or one flavour. Follow a named vineyard and the bottle’s specific grape and style for a closer view.
