Westhofen’s limestone vineyard country is a rewarding destination for dry Riesling and textured white wines.
Citrus, ripe orchard fruit and savoury depth with a dry, structured palate.
Apple, pear and nutty detail with a dry, gently substantial texture.
Westhofen includes renowned sites such as Morstein, Kirchspiel and Aulerde, each with its own vineyard setting. Limestone and marl help frame the landscape without determining a single flavour. Riesling is an inviting first choice; Pinot-family whites reveal another side. A village wine and a specific site bottling offer different levels of origin detail.
