Rimini brings Adriatic-facing hillside wine country into focus, with Sangiovese reds and the local white-wine name Rebola.
Grechetto Gentile.
Citrus, pear and flowers with a dry palate and gentle texture.
Cherry, red berries and savoury herbs with freshness and firm, dry tannins.
The denomination is now presented as Rimini DOC; older labels and records use Colli di Rimini. Rebola offers a white expression based on Grechetto Gentile, while Sangiovese gives a clear red-wine starting point. Coastal influence and varied hillside exposure create differences between sites.
