Nancagua adds a smaller-scale Colchagua story, with vineyard reds and a lively community of cellars and independent makers.
Plum, dark berries and peppery herbs with a rounded, savoury palate.
Nancagua is a specific smaller origin within Colchagua. Its small-grower story includes Lugarejo’s garden vineyard of Carménère and Mourvèdre, documented in the producer’s account of its origins. A nearby cellar can also make wines from other Colchagua sites, so a winery address does not establish the grape source of its entire range. Read the wine’s origin statement to connect a bottle to the vineyard landscape.
