Pinot Gris.
Pear, apple and citrus with a fresh, dry palate and gentle texture.
This DOC gives Pinot Grigio its own identity within the wider Oltrepò wine landscape. It is distinct from the broad Oltrepò Pavese DOC and the area’s Pinot Noir-led sparkling denominations.
