Pinot Grigio
Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Grigio offers a focused white-wine introduction to the varied hills of southern Pavia province.
Pinot Gris.
Pear, apple and citrus with a fresh, dry palate and gentle texture.
This DOC gives Pinot Grigio its own identity within the wider Oltrepò wine landscape. The grape’s naturally coloured skins do not make the usual white wine a red, and cellar choices can affect its colour and texture. Explore the stated wine type and producer’s methods for more detail. It is distinct from the broad Oltrepò Pavese DOC and the area’s Pinot Noir-led sparkling denominations.
