Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault.
Berry fruit and a dry, substantial texture, often a rosé for the dinner table.
Palette’s whites, reds and rosés come from a small vineyard landscape with an unusually broad grape tradition. Clairette-led whites are especially worth exploring; producer blends retain many local accents.
