A rare still rosé made from Pinot Noir in Les Riceys.
Pinot Noir only.
Dry, with red-berry flavours and more depth than many pale rosés. Some bottles develop dried-fruit and spice notes with age.
This is a still wine. It is different from sparkling rosé Champagne, even though both are made in the wider Champagne region.
