Tursan AOP includes red, rosé and white wines. Baroque is a distinctive local white grape, often joined by Gros Manseng and other permitted varieties. Tannat and the Cabernet family provide red-wine routes. The appellation offers a useful chance to explore grapes less familiar outside the Southwest. Read the blend and colour alongside the protected name, since its local character is expressed through several different wine types.
