Melon de Bourgogne.
Citrus, orchard fruit and a dry, fresh palate, often with a gently rounded lees-aged texture.
This lake-side origin is separate from Muscadet Sèvre et Maine. Melon de Bourgogne remains the grape, with sur lie ageing adding texture.
