PDO Nemea wines are red and made from Agiorgitiko. Different elevations, exposures and producer choices support a wide range, including fresh young reds, oak-aged bottles and less common sweet expressions. Agiorgitiko rosé and blends with international grapes belong under other designations, not this PDO. The origin crosses the Korinthia–Argolida boundary, so it is wider than the town alone and not confined to one administrative district.
