Established in 2017, delle Venezie DOC is a shared origin spanning three territories. Pinot Grigio is its principal identity, with still, frizzante and spumante expressions; a Bianco category also exists. The DOC is distinct from the older delle Venezie IGT name, whose continuing IGT counterpart is Trevenezie. A delle Venezie bottle does not by itself identify Friuli as the grape source, so seek more specific information when comparing regional origins.
