Altesse
Roussette de Savoie gives Altesse a distinctive Alpine foothill home, with textured whites and four named geographical expressions.
Pear, citrus, flowers and gentle honeyed notes with a dry, textured palate and fresh acidity.
Roussette de Savoie is a separate white-wine appellation made from Altesse, not a blend of all the region’s white grapes. Frangy, Marestel, Monterminod and Monthoux are its four named geographical denominations. The term Roussette refers to the grape tradition rather than a rosé wine. Explore the named cru and producer to compare fragrant, fresh expressions with more layered bottles. It differs from the broader Savoie appellation and from Roussette du Bugey.
