Chenin and Rhône-inspired wines around Paarl’s Paardeberg foothills.
Apple, quince and citrus, from bright young wines to textured, barrel-aged expressions.
Dark berries, plum and peppery spice, with a dry, savoury finish.
Viognier and Roussanne.
Flowers, peach and a textured palate, with the blend and ageing giving each wine its own shape.
Voor Paardeberg is distinct from the Paardeberg vineyards of Swartland. Its individual farms offer both familiar Cape varieties and interesting Rhône-inspired blends.
