Honeyed Chenin from the gentle slopes of the Aubance valley.
Chenin Blanc.
Apricot, quince and honeyed fruit, with a fresh finish that keeps the richness in check.
Selective picking of concentrated grapes, often affected by noble rot, builds sweetness. Chenin’s acidity gives these wines their balance.
