World's End is a Napa Valley project founded in 2008 by Jonathan Maltus, applying a French winemaking heritage from Saint-Émilion to California fruit. The wines are terroir-driven, sourced from elite vineyards like To-Kalon and Missouri Hopper through partnerships with growers such as Andy Beckstoffer. Each wine is named after a rock song from Maltus's youth, reflecting a creative, 'no-boundaries' philosophy. The small team, including long-time collaborators Neil Whyte and Adam Braunstein, focuses on gentle vinification and aging in fine French oak to produce balanced, structured wines that highlight Napa's diversity.
