Dominio do Bibei is a boutique estate in Ribeira Sacra, Galicia, owned and operated by Javier Domínguez. Its vineyards are planted on steep terraced slopes at 500–600 metres altitude, and production is described as very limited, especially for the top cuvées. The winery is designed to blend into the landscape, with gravity-flow winemaking and a cellar built into the slope and partially buried to reduce energy use, reflecting a clear sustainability-minded approach without formal certification noted. Winemaking is carried out under Domínguez’s direction with the involvement of Sara Perez and René Barbier.
