CØLIBRÌ produces premium alcohol-free wines in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, at a family winery using its own organically certified grapes. Its environmentally conscious viticulture includes green manure, beneficial insects to support biodiversity, and solar panels supplying cellar energy. In the modern cellar, wines ferment spontaneously in stainless steel tanks before undergoing a gentle dealcoholization process designed to preserve their natural color, structure, and aromas without artificial colors or aromas. Experienced oenologists continue to refine the wines through research and innovation.
