Domaine Parize

France

Domaine Parize is a six-generation, family-operated estate in Burgundy that began bottling in 1975. Its vineyards are planted mainly to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with some Bourgogne Aligoté. Gérard Parize replanted many parcels, work later continued by his son Laurent. The domaine practices organic viticulture with organic fertilizers, limits yields through severe pruning and green harvesting, and hand-harvests and sorts its grapes. Its wines reflect a careful, hands-on approach rooted in long family continuity.
