Established in 2010, Weingut Ceel is collaboratively run by Markus Fischl, Martin Kern and Franz Raith in Rust am Neusiedlersee, Burgenland. The winery farms sustainably and hand-harvests its grapes, with Markus Fischl identified as winemaker. Its cellar combines traditional craftsmanship, old methods and gravity-fed work with innovative vinification and modern design. Ceel’s range includes Weißburgunder, Chardonnay, Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Syrah, alongside Reserve and Alte Reben (old-vine) wines and Eiswein. The winery’s name refers to Rust’s historic Hungarian name, and its wines are presented as a return to the town’s long-established wine roots. Tastings are available by appointment.
