Domaine Moulin Nouvel

France

Domaine Moulin Nouvel is a third-generation family estate in the Minervois AOC of Languedoc-Roussillon, owned and operated by Guillaume André, who is also the winemaker. Its vineyards are farmed 100% organically, dry-farmed and grassed over, with south-facing hillside parcels above 300 metres. The estate includes olive trees and truffle-bearing oaks and participates in a Europe-wide biodiversity study supporting native birds, insects and other wildlife. Guillaume oversees a focused portfolio of four wines spanning Minervois AOC and IGP.
