Laura Aschero is a small, family-run winery in Pontedassio, Liguria, established by Laura Aschero after she revived the family vineyards. Now in its third generation, the estate remains under Aschero family ownership, with Bianca Aschero involved across the winery and vineyard work. Its vineyards lie on sunny, well-ventilated hills around 150 metres above sea level, and are farmed organically, although no formal certification is listed. The winery follows a natural approach with minimal added sulfites, producing aromatic, balanced and delicate Vermentino, Pigato, Rossese and rosé. Winemaking is guided by oenologist Gianpaolo Ramò, with a modernized cellar and welcoming tasting room in Pontedassio.
