Dunites Wine Company is a husband-and-wife-owned winery founded in 2015 by Tyler Eck and Rachel Goffinet Eck on California’s San Luis Obispo Coast. The couple owns and operates the business themselves, with a focus on cool-climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Central Coast. Their winemaking emphasizes a restrained, hands-on approach, including whole-cluster fermentation, gentle pigeage, lees aging, and élevage in neutral French oak, with minimal sulfite use. The producer works on a small-lot scale and reflects a boutique, artisanal model centered on the Ecks’ direct involvement. No organic, biodynamic, or other sustainability certifications are noted in the available information.
