Domaine Laurent Père et Fils is a Marsannay-la-Côte estate in Burgundy run by Laurent Pataille and his wife, Tomoko Fukuda. Laurent, the younger brother and co-manager of Sylvain Pataille, serves as the primary winemaker, while Tomoko helped establish the domaine’s representation in Japan, its main export market. The estate farms Pinot Noir and Aligoté, has practiced organic viticulture since 2010, gained Ecocert organic certification in 2023, and also follows biodynamic methods. With a very limited, artisanal production spread across five cuvées, the domaine is defined by hands-on family ownership and a clear commitment to low-intervention farming.
