Domaine de la Croisée

France

Domaine de la Croisée is an independent 8.5-hectare estate in the heart of Pouilly-Fumé, founded in 2020 by Nolwenn and Matthieu Maudry. The couple oversees every stage from vine to bottle, with a focus on expressing the character of distinct terroirs. They are committed to organic farming, with certification in progress, and manage the soils through shallow mechanical work while prioritizing biodiversity. The vineyards lie among woods, hedges, and streams, supporting a lively ecosystem. Wines are made with natural fermentations using indigenous yeasts, while harvesting is primarily mechanical to capture grapes at optimal ripeness.
