Producer

Thomas Puéchavy

France

Thomas Puéchavy is a small, family-run estate in France’s Loire Valley, owned and managed by Thomas himself. Established in 2019, it farms old Chenin vines—some up to 80 years old—on predominantly limestone clay soils. The vineyards are organically farmed with a focus on living soils, without weedkillers or chemical treatments, and with biodynamic practices noted. Thomas makes natural, minimal-input Vin de France wines, applying a low-intervention philosophy throughout the winemaking process.
