Producer

Thibault Ducroux

France

Thibault Ducroux is a family-run domaine in Villié-Morgon, Beaujolais, led by Thibault as winemaker with his brother Dimitri managing the commercial side. The estate farms parcels in Beaujolais, Morgon, and Fleurie, with organically grown vines currently in conversion and awaiting certification. Old Gamay vines, typically gobelet-trained, are worked by hand. Inspired by the Beaujolais natural wine tradition, Thibault follows a low-intervention approach: manual harvest, whole-bunch carbonic maceration, indigenous yeasts, élevage in concrete or old barrels, no fining or filtration, and only very light sulfites when needed. The result is a distinctly natural, artisanal expression of Beaujolais.
